Booking & Scheduling Automation
Stop losing jobs to whoever answers first
Most home service leads go to whoever responds first, not whoever is best. We build self-serve booking, instant confirmations, and reminder sequences so a job gets scheduled at 11 PM without anyone picking up the phone.
- Typical timeline
- 3–6 weeks
- What you end up with
- Customers booking themselves into real, available slots on your calendar.
Scope
What this includes
- Self-serve booking that respects real crew availability
- Live capacity rules by service type, zone, and duration
- Instant confirmation by text and email
- Automated reminders and technician-on-the-way alerts
- Rescheduling and cancellation without a phone call
- Deposit and card-on-file collection at booking
- Post-job review requests timed to when people actually respond
Typical engagements
What people usually ask for
Representative projects rather than a fixed menu. Yours gets scoped and priced after a call, because guessing at a number before understanding the problem helps nobody.

Reminder and follow-up sequences
Confirmation, day-before, on-the-way, and post-job review requests.
Capacity and routing rules
Slots that account for drive time, job duration, and crew skills.

Automatic scheduling and billing for seasonal and contract customers.
Booking FAQ
Booking questions, answered
Not covered here? hello@megasfera.net
We already use ServiceTitan / Jobber / Housecall Pro. Does this replace it?
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who says it should. We build on top of what you have, filling the gaps your platform leaves. Replacing a working field service platform is rarely worth the disruption.
Will customers actually book online instead of calling?
Many will, particularly outside business hours and for routine work. Emergencies will always be phone calls. The point is not to eliminate calls, it is to stop losing the after-hours bookings you never knew you missed.
What if the automation double-books a crew?
Availability is driven by your real calendar with buffers for drive time, and we test the edge cases hard before launch. Where a rule is ambiguous we default to blocking the slot — a missed booking is recoverable, a double-booked crew is not.
Other work
Often built alongside this
Most projects touch more than one of these. Scoping them together is usually cheaper than doing them as separate engagements.
Thinking about booking?
Book a 30-minute call. We will tell you whether it is worth building, roughly what it takes, and if an off-the-shelf tool would serve you better.
