Integrations & Data
Make your existing tools talk to each other
Most home service companies run five systems that each hold part of the truth, and someone re-types data between them all day. We connect them and put the numbers in one place you can actually make decisions from.
- Typical timeline
- 2–8 weeks depending on the systems
- What you end up with
- One set of numbers, no manual re-entry.
Scope
What this includes
- Field service platform APIs — ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and similar
- Accounting sync with QuickBooks and Xero
- Payment processing and reconciliation
- CRM and marketing platform connections
- Supplier and parts catalog feeds
- Custom dashboards combining data across systems
- Scheduled reports delivered where you already look
- Data migration when you switch platforms
Typical engagements
What people usually ask for
Representative projects rather than a fixed menu. Yours gets scoped and priced after a call, because guessing at a number before understanding the problem helps nobody.
Platform-to-accounting sync
Jobs, invoices, and payments flowing without anyone re-keying them.
Unified reporting dashboard
Revenue, jobs, and marketing spend from every system on one screen.
Marketing attribution
Which channels produce booked jobs, not just phone calls.
Platform migration
Moving history and customers between systems without losing records.
Integrations FAQ
Integrations questions, answered
Not covered here? hello@megasfera.net
Our software vendor says they do not have an API.
Sometimes true, often not — many platforms have one they simply do not advertise. When there genuinely is not one, there are usually other routes such as scheduled exports or a database replica. We will tell you during discovery whether it is possible before you commit to anything.
Is our customer data safe in the middle of this?
We work read-only until a sync is proven correct, run it in parallel with your existing process before cutting over, and keep a rollback path. Nothing gets deleted from a source system to make an integration work.
What happens when a vendor changes their API?
Integrations break; that is the nature of them. A support plan covers monitoring and repair. Without one, we fix it as a small billable job — but you will know it broke because we alert on it either way.
Other work
Often built alongside this
Most projects touch more than one of these. Scoping them together is usually cheaper than doing them as separate engagements.
Thinking about integrations?
Book a 30-minute call. We will tell you whether it is worth building, roughly what it takes, and if an off-the-shelf tool would serve you better.
