Our dispatcher has run a whiteboard for years and likes it.
Then the software has to be faster than the whiteboard or it will not get used, and we design for that specifically. We sit with your dispatcher during discovery. Tools that ignore the person operating them get abandoned within a month.
Do technicians need company phones?
No. Everything we build works on personal devices through a browser or an installed app, with a clean separation between work data and personal data.
Can it work with our existing GPS or telematics?
Usually. Most fleet tracking providers expose an API, and we pull location from there rather than asking you to run two systems.
